Start Menu is a very simple and free launcher that shows a menu with all your installed apps in alphabetical order - to launch faster. Some people would prefer it over the LaunchPad because of speed. Just drag the app to your Dock and use it. You may also add it to startup using "Options > Open at login" command from its Dock settings.
