Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.Works OK with our Contivity 1010 at HQ.Works across my WEP-enabled Airport (which can be a problem with some VPN clients). My two beefs:- doesn't allow user to change password. One has to get the sys admin to change passwords on the Contivity, which really ticks off our sys admin- doesn't handle conflicting subnets properly, if the local Mac is on a subnet that overlaps with subnet on the remote (central) LAN. This could however be an OS X problem.Netlock customer support took forever (> 2 weeks) to address installation problems after purchasing and installing 2.1 from the installation CD. They have an anal approach to distributing updates. After numerous e-mails, they eventually sent me the access codes to allow me to log in to their server and download 2.1.4. Since then, the product has been pretty stable.
