Keeping track of your time with a busy work schedule can be quite hard. While the current reminder options on your Mac require you to complete a multitude of fields before an alarm is effectively set up, trying an easier option such as RemindMeAgain for Mac could prove to be worth it. It is a small and rather simple app that can simplify this process.
RemindMeAgain for Mac installs directly from the App Store and takes the form of a menu bar item. It is composed of a single pop-over window with only a few options to let you set a reminder without much hassle. Set up a text message and time interval and you are good to go. The whole process takes no time at all and is much quicker than going into iCal and having to complete a bunch of different fields, which feels more tedious than it should. The app performs well and seems reliable. It's smooth to use with a clear, light design, but we would certainly love to see more functions added to it. For instance, we'd love the ability to set up multiple notifications or to be able to trigger the notification with different events, such as X minutes after log in or only once per day at a specified time. This would turn it into a much more functional tool than it currently is.
