Connect for Mac lets you make and receive phone calls straight from your Mac while it's connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth. You can just keep this program running in the background while you're working, and you'll immediately see when someone is calling you.

iMessage replies:When you see an incoming call that you aren't free to answer right away, you can opt for an iMessage reply instead. This feature only works if the caller uses iMessage as well, but it lets you send a message straight from your computer to the number that just called you with only a few clicks.
