You can get further advice by calling them at (702) 269-3457, on your dime of course.This was a Christmas gift that I have yet to use.If I'd known it was going to be so challenging to find software to run the thing, I would have returned the product immediately.They claim it is OSX compatible but I guess that was applicable 2 years ago.
