Synology DiskStation allows you to download files from the internet via Download Station. While its web console is excellent, it is not as tightly integrated into OS X as a native application.

This menu bar utility lets you create download tasks simply by opening torrent files or clicking magnet links.

You need a Synology DiskStation with Download Station and WebDAV enabled.
