This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.I brought the Pro version. This is a great app for checking legal descriptions and making sure the various courses come full circle and close. And it verifies acreage, which is great! Took me some time to figure out how to use it, but it has made me a better real estate attorney when checking title reports and just feeling comfortable that the legal description actually describes a parcel that looks like I am expecting it to look. Of course, until I figured out how to use it, I was coming up with some interesting shapes, but once I figured out how to enter each course, it worked perfectly!The developer has been constantly refining and updating this app, and it keeps getting better and better and easier to use with more features. Support this developer for creating a Macintosh version of this app and continuing to improve it! And, there is even an iPhone/iPad version!
